Lexus's typical Lexus blood flows thanks to the characteristic spindle grille. This section also makes it appear more sporty and fierce, because it is made bigger. Other changes experienced by NX 300 include the opening feature of the trunk door with kick sensor and sequential turning lamps.
The headlights use three projectors, similar to a Lexus LC 500 sports car. The rims are new, but still 18 inches.
Inside, there is a touch screen system infotainment that is now wider, measuring 10.3 inches. In Luxury type equipped with electric seat reclining, panoramic view camera, and blind spot monitors previously owned only by type F Sport.
